At Cassia Networks, we are committed to the security of our customers and their data. We are continuously focused on keeping your valuable data safe and protected at all times. Our team periodically undergoes security testing on our AC to ensure our customer’s data is encrypted and safeguarded.
In an ongoing effort to implement new security enhancements to Cassia’s IoT AC, existing and new customers will have to generate their developer secret keys moving forward.
For AC version 2.1.1, the new format for the developer secret key should be between 8 to 60 characters which must contain a combination of numbers, letters and special characters. In addition, we recommend privately storing your new developer secret key to avoid any public access.
For end-users using the 2.1.1 AC upgraded from older versions, the old developer secret key still functions, but we strongly recommend users generate a new developer secret key based on the new format stated above.
