We would like to inform all of our customers that Cassia will begin pre-installing v2.0.1 container for Cassia’s gateways (X1000, E1000, X2000, and ATX2000) to be shipped in Q2 2022 onwards.
We highly recommend that customers who plan on using v2.0.1 container to verify their APP together with v2.0.1 container before rolling out. The Ubuntu version and the pre-installed utilities/packages are different. Figure 1 below shows the key differences between container v1.1.1 and container v2.0.1.
The table below shows the list of utilities and packages that are pre-loaded in container v.1.1.1 and v.2.0.1.
